New Year in Hungary

2022 became the year of traveling. It really wasn’t intentional - family needs and unexpected opportunities simply presented themselves. We completed our 2022 journeys in snow-covered Hungary, where my wife Monika comes from. It was mine and Aaron’s first visit to this country, and we both fell in love with it! The place is beautiful, the people are warm and welcoming, the food is delicious, and the prices are right ;-) More importantly, I’ve met my Monika’s family and Aaron had the chance to hangout with Grandpa, his uncle and cousins. Happily, not a single one of them played video games so Aaron had no choice but to engage with people. He’s returned a changed boy, now’s he’s excited about traveling and meeting people. Mom and Dads, traveling is the best schooling a kid can have. Even if it drives you up the wall at times as it did me, lol.
