As a dad I’ve felt many times at a loss as to why some of my parenting efforts fall flat or just don’t even connect with my kids´ actual needs. And I bet you feel like this too. Like me, you probably have spent hours trying to figure it out: was I too hard? Too easy?

I typically just used to make it up as I went along but recently I found myself exploring parenting styles and I gotta say, I’ve learned a lot.
